We have completed a number of remodeling projects at the Novotel Hotel, part of the international Accor Hotels Group, on M. Voda Street in Athens.

This project involved the full remodeling of the Municipal Library of Kalambaka’s existing building. We completed it in 2015.

We collaborate on a regular basis with the Museum of Cycladic Art on a variety of unique projects. The construction of the new museum shop was a technically complex and challenging undertaking involving high end customized elements, finishes and materials, visualized by the project architects and engineered and produced by our specialized teams.

In addition to building works, our company has designed and constructed major infrastructure works, such as biological cleaning facilities, roads, underground systems, plantings, surrounding walls, etc.

Our collaboration with Linde has been ongoing since 2000, and alongside the construction work we have collaborated with the company providing Project Management, Design and Technical Consulting Services.

A design and construction project that was assigned to our company in 2014, and was completed in one month.

This project involved the renovation of an existing North Face store at the Golden Hall shopping center in Marousi.

Our long collaboration with M&S has involved over 20 store constructions and renovations in Greece, and our partnership has recently also extended to Marks & Spencer stores in Romania.

Reconstruction of an existing villa, with the addition of a new two-storey structure, underground parking and swimming pool in KIfisia.

With extensive expertise in the design of industrial buildings, warehouses and infrastructure works, our company provided EVIOP TEMPO (part of the SIEMENS Group) with technical consulting and design services from 1985 to 2013.

We undertook the renovation of the MarBella Corfu Hotel, together with new construction and infrastructure works. The renovation was completed during the winter months of 2011 and 2012, without disruption to the hotel’s operations.

In 2013 we were awarded the renovation of the “Le Grand Balcon” restaurant at the St. George Lycabettus Boutique Hotel in central Athens.

In 2013 we collaborated yet again with the Stavros Niarchos Foundation for the construction of the Kallithea Municipal Sports & Leisure Park which the SNF funded.

The construction of the SNFCC Visitors’ Centre was completed by our Company within eight weeks of its assignment. The load bearing construction of the building is structural steel. The ground floor area of 225m² is elevated and has been modelled as a single multi-purpose space for exhibitions, activities, screenings, lectures etc.

The project involved the renovation and refurbishment of a restaurant bar in a listed building in the center of Athens.

Our collaboration with the SNFCC began with our company undertaking infrastructure work for the cultural center, including fencing of the property, earthworks, LEED specified Erosion and Sedimentation Control, archaeological surveys and other worksite infrastructure required for the main project.
